"Stayed at One Serendra in BGC for a 3-week consulting project. The therapist coverage in BGC was impressive — average arrival time was under 45 minutes, which is faster than most German cities. I booked a mix of Swedish (for relaxation) and deep tissue (for my chronic lower back issue from desk work). Both therapists were competent, but the deep tissue therapist was exceptional — she identified that my lower back pain was actually originating from tight hip flexors and adjusted her approach accordingly. I've seen physiotherapists in Berlin who missed that connection. Only 4 stars because the booking confirmation once took 20 minutes instead of the usual 5."
