DOH Certified Therapists
Every therapist on our platform holds a valid Department of Health (DOH) massage therapy certification recognized by the Philippine government. This certification requires completion of formal massage training, practical examination, and annual renewal. We verify every certification before a therapist is approved for dispatch.
NBI & Police Clearance
All therapists undergo National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) background screening and local police clearance verification before joining our network. This dual-clearance system ensures that every therapist who enters your hotel room or home has a verified clean record. We re-verify clearances annually.
Valid Government ID
Every therapist carries and presents a valid Philippine government-issued ID — passport, driver's license, or PRC card — upon arrival at your hotel or residence. Guests can verify the therapist's identity before allowing entry. This is standard protocol at all major Makati hotels.
Health & Hygiene Protocols
Our hygiene standards include single-use disposable face cradle covers for every client, freshly laundered linens changed between sessions, sanitized oil bottles, hand sanitizer use before and after each session, and daily temperature checks for all active therapists. We follow DOH and WHO guidance on hygiene in close-contact service settings.
Skills Assessment & Tier System
Therapists are classified into four tiers based on verified experience and skills: Junior (1–2 years), Standard (3–5 years), Senior (5–10 years), and Master (10+ years). Senior and Master tier therapists hold additional modality certifications in deep tissue, aromatherapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, Shiatsu, and lomi-lomi.

Therapist Qualification Requirements
What we verify before any therapist is approved for dispatch
1. DOH Massage Therapy Certification
The Philippine Department of Health (DOH) requires completion of a recognized massage therapy training program (minimum 360 hours), passing a practical skills examination, and annual renewal. We photocopy and verify every DOH certificate against the DOH registry before onboarding.
2. NBI Clearance Verification
The National Bureau of Investigation conducts nationwide criminal background checks. We require original NBI clearance documents dated within the past 12 months and verify them through the NBI online verification portal before approving any therapist.
3. Police Clearance from Home Jurisdiction
In addition to NBI clearance, we require local police clearance from the therapist's barangay or city of residence. This catches any local incidents not reflected in the national NBI database.
4. Valid Government-Issued ID
All therapists must present a current Philippine passport, driver's license, or Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID. We photograph the ID, record the ID number, and require the therapist to present the original ID to the guest upon every arrival.
5. Practical Skills Assessment
Every therapist undergoes a live practical assessment with our senior evaluator. They perform Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy techniques on a test client while being evaluated for pressure control, technique accuracy, hygiene, and professional etiquette.
6. Annual Re-Certification & Continuing Education
Therapists must renew their DOH certification annually and complete at least 20 hours of continuing education every 2 years. Senior and Master tier therapists are required to hold additional modality certifications (deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal, Shiatsu, or lomi-lomi).
Hygiene & Safety Protocols
What happens before, during, and after every session
Before Arrival
Therapist checks temperature, sanitizes hands, and prepares single-use disposable face cradle cover, fresh linens, and sealed oil bottle.
Hotel / Building Entry
Therapist presents valid government ID at front desk, registers as visitor, and proceeds directly to guest room without loitering in common areas.
Room Setup
Therapist unfolds portable table, places disposable cover on face cradle, lays fresh linens, prepares oil, and starts ambient music. Setup takes 5–10 minutes.
During Session
Therapist maintains professional boundaries, checks pressure preference periodically, does not use phone, and follows guest's conversation preference (silent or light small talk).
After Session
Therapist packs all equipment, removes all linens and disposable covers, sanitizes hands, and departs cleanly. Guest has private time to rest before dressing.
Post-Session
Disposable items are discarded. Linens are laundered at 60°C. Oil bottles are sanitized. Therapist logs session details for quality tracking.

Privacy & Discretion Policy
How we protect your personal information and session privacy
Guest Information Confidentiality. We collect only the information necessary to complete your booking: hotel name and room number (or residential address), preferred massage type, and contact method. We do not store credit card information, government IDs, or health records. All booking records are retained for 90 days for service quality tracking and then automatically deleted.
Therapist Privacy Standards. Therapists are contractually prohibited from photographing, recording, or discussing client details outside the booking system. Therapists do not access guest personal belongings, use guest facilities, or remain on premises after the session concludes. Therapists arrive in plain professional attire with unmarked equipment bags — no spa branding is visible.
Session Privacy. The massage session is conducted entirely within your private room with the door closed. Only you and the therapist are present. Therapists do not take phone calls, send messages, or engage in any activity unrelated to the massage during the session. "Silent service" — no conversation during the entire session — is available on request without additional charge.
Data Security. Booking data is stored on encrypted servers with access limited to dispatch supervisors. We do not share guest information with third parties, advertisers, or marketing services. WhatsApp booking messages are protected by WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption.
Opt-Out Rights. You may request deletion of your booking history at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. We process deletion requests within 48 hours.
